INGREDIENTS
2 cup basmati or jasmine rice
2 1/2 cups water
salt
oil
whole pineapple
Spiral ham
ham glaze
sweet-and-sour sauce
cloves
brown sugar
cherries
chopped fresh cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring water to boil add salt, oil and Stir in rice, on high heat after the water evaporates reduce the heat m cover the rice
Bring whole pineapple cut it down the middle and gut it out dry the pineapple with a paper towel
Rinse the ham put in the oven add ham glaze sweet-and-sour sauce brown sugar insert cloves place into the oven
Wants rice and ham is ready chop up the ham mix it with the rice in a separate roll put that inside a pineapple and add fresh chopped up cilantro as a finish
